B2B Sales System your B2B sales process.
A 30-day install for project businesses, installers & factories. 20 to 200 people
In 30 days, without hiring anyone new:
The problems B2B owners face
- Every status update is "still following up." On every deal.
- Quotes live on each rep's laptop. Nobody knows how many went out.
- Sales meetings start with everyone scrolling back through chat.
- If your best rep leaves, their customers walk out with them.
- You're the only one who knows which deals are actually close.
- You can't tell if next month has enough work coming in.
You're not imagining it
Most B2B owners got here the same way: the business grew, the deals multiplied, and the sales process stayed in people's heads. At some point the chaos takes over. The owner carries all of it.
"Your problem isn't the wrong software. It's a sales process that was never written down."
The belief every install starts from
From invisible to in control
Blueprint
One kickoff day: your real sales process, written down for the first time.
Unify
Spreadsheets, chats, quotes. Scattered customer data into one place.
Install
Your team sets the system up with our pattern. They build it, they own it.
Link
Email, documents, reporting. That makes updating the pipeline the easy path.
Drive
Training, go-live, and 30·60·90-day reviews. Numbers on your screen.
Measured. Not promised.
You're not buying consulting hours. Three criteria get written down on day one, and on day 30 we read them straight off the system: timestamps and record counts, nothing that rests on anybody's opinion.
Reps update the pipeline at least 4 of 5 working days
Owner dashboard shows deals, value and a next-month forecast, updated live
Every open deal has a written next step with an owner and a date
Miss any one of the three and we keep working until it is met, at no extra charge. That is not a refund. It is finishing the job.
What voids this guarantee
All of it goes into the contract on signing day, printed next to the guarantee itself, so nobody meets these terms for the first time on day 29.
- The owner or a partner is not in the room on kickoff day.
- The list of customers and open deals does not reach us inside week 1.
- The old channels are still running in week 3: the chat group where deals get handed around, and quote files kept on personal laptops.
- More than one session is missed.
- Nobody in the company takes on looking at the dashboard every morning.
What we don't guarantee
We do not guarantee that what a rep types into the system matches what actually happened with the customer. The system can force a next step to exist and stamp the moment it was written. It cannot vouch for the sentence itself. We say this on the first call, not at signing.
And yes: we run our own pipeline on the exact system we install. We'll open our screen on the call.
Straight answers
How much does it cost?
One flat price for the core install. No ranges, no hourly billing. Software licences you pay the vendor directly, so they never run through our invoice, and they still get their own line in the quote so the whole cost is in front of you. The figures come to you on the 45-minute call, worked out from your team size and the state of your data. We do not print them here on purpose: a number sitting on its own gets compared to the cheapest app on the market, and that comparison tells you nothing about either one.
How is this different from a CRM implementer?
Implementers configure software and leave. Those systems die in 60 days. Your team installs BUILD with our pattern and coaching, and keeps the manual.
What software do we end up on?
We choose the tool after your process is written, not before. That is the whole point of the order we work in. We recommend the fit for your team on the call, and any licence cost appears in our very first quote on its own line. You pay the vendor for it directly: it does not pass through our invoice and we add nothing on top. The manual is yours whichever tool it runs on.
What if my team is too busy?
One kickoff day plus short structured sessions across 30 days, designed around a working team. If that's truly impossible, we'll tell you honestly on the call.
What happens after the 30 days?
Reviews at day 30, 60 and 90 are included, which is the first three months of the care plan already paid for inside the install fee. From month four the care plan carries on monthly, and you can end it at the close of any month. That monthly exit belongs to the care plan, not to the install. The manual is yours either way.
Want to be the next owner who stops asking?
Book a 45-minute pipeline call. Either way, you leave with a real plan and your own numbers: what invisible follow-up costs you per year.
